拉面与日本的烹饪文化密不可分。它是一种用肉和骨头(猪肉、鸡肉、牛肉......)、鱼、海鲜或蔬菜制成的汤汁盛装的面条,然后用味噌或酱油、或酱油麦芽汁、甚至是清酒糟(酒糟)进行美味的调味。
