Beechtree农产由Lucia和Charlie两位夫妇经营管理，至今已有35年历史（1986-2021）。这期间他们始终坚持让牛儿在天然草场散养。夏天在农场有机草场上轮区牧养。冬天用另一个他们拥有的农场收割的有机干草作为饲料。真正做到牛儿们100%吃有机草长大。

农场还配有9千瓦时的太阳能发电板，不光满足自身用电需求，还能反向给电网供电。绝对是对环境友好、可持续发展的邻家农场的典范。

Lucia女士不光是一位能干的农场主，同时还是一名小有名气的艺术家。笔下的人与自然浑然一体的美景完美地诠释了这令人向往的世外桃源般的生活。
